We're proud to announce our next MEPEACE Chat Workshop, on the topic 'September 2011 - A Palestinian State?', scheduled to be held this upcoming Sunday, 05 June, at 20.00 Jerusalem time, in our chatroom.
September 2011 might mark another milestone in the long history of the Middle East conflict - maybe a step towards peace, maybe a step back, or....? We don't know yet, but here - at mepeace.org - we have much reason to dig deeper into the most crucial issues surrounding the Palestinian plan to gain formal recognition through the United Nations General Assembly.
The leading question for this workshop are:
What will happen in the UN this September?
What will be the impact for Palestine? What will be the result on Israel?
How can the international community support peace, justice and reconciliation?
What could happen if the Palestinian plan fails?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please note that the event will start on Sunday, 05 June at 20.00 Jerusalem time, in the MEPEACE Chat.
If you have any questions regarding the event, please don't hesitate to contact us at dialogue@mepeace.org.
We are looking forward to your participation!
