Permalink Reply by Tim Upham on July 15, 2012 at 8:21am Uganda has not had a stable government, since the dictatorship of Idi Amin. It has been constant warring factions since then. This has been the biggest challenge for Sub-Saharan Africa, since the end of the Colonial Era.
