Permalink Reply by Tim Upham on July 15, 2012 at 8:21am Uganda has not had a stable government, since the dictatorship of Idi Amin. It has been constant warring factions since then. This has been the biggest challenge for Sub-Saharan Africa, since the end of the Colonial Era. People of various backgrounds put together in one nation, with their boundaries from when they were just somebody's colony. How it is viewed that these peace games can help to bring about unity with a multitude of vying factions that have basically terrorized the populace?
