There is an enormous amount of potential to something like this.  Already, both Israel and the Palestinians do over U.S. $6 billion dollars worth of business with each other.  It could be expanded even more if the Palestinians were in a nation-state, which would qualify them for international multi-lateral development assistance from the World Bank and International Monetary Fund.  Recently, farmers from Gaza attended the Eshkol Agricultural Expo, to learn more about farming techniques and marketing.  Something like this could be expanded, for Israeli farmers to come to Gaza, to fly out fresh fruit and flowers overnight to markets in Europe. Gaza could be getting tax revenues and service fees off of it.  I will elaborate on this even more, with future comments.  I did my Masters thesis in international business on Israeli-Palestinian trade potentials.
