Comment by Tim Upham on July 21, 2012 at 6:26pm What I love the most is the Koffee Arabitun, flavored with cardamom. When I lived in Egypt, I had it all the time. The cardamon reminds me of when Egypt was the great depot of the spice trade during the 13th century C.E. When documents were found in the Genizah, they mentioned about this spice trade, and these documents are an important source of both Jewish and Muslim history.
