Profile Information

My personal story:: I've come to peace activism late in life and have an MA in Peace and Conflict Studies. I'm now the admin assist of a new program opening in Istanbul in October 2012.

Why I want peace:: Because I love all people and hate to see us suffer so.

Interests and activities:: Peace psychology: What are the root causes of violence and how can we use our own minds to change habitual, unconscious violent behavior?

Something you didn't know about me:: I'm going to take singing lessons one of these days, because I can't carry a tune.

How I found mepeace.org:: From the Peace and Collaborative Development Network

What I want to achieve here:: I want to bring attention to the new MA in Peace and Conflict Studies Program that is opening in Istanbul, Turkey in October 2012. It's a brand new program designed to bring students and faculty together in a communal living experience.
