Profile Information

My personal story:
Like everyone, I have had some good times and some difficult times, a few disappointments, and a few successes.
Why I want peace:
The most important aspect of peace is: how do you get there?
Without peace, most people are unable to even start to live their lives, or worse still, their lives are destroyed, (not literally, just slowly through never being able to achieve anything meaningful).
Interests and activities:
Environmental sustainability, History of architecture, The religious ideals of all the great religions, Spiritual and ethical values.
Something you didn't know about me:
I have been busy changing my garden into a kind of miniature woodland with flowers and bushes. This is creating a peaceful, enchanting atmosphere, and, most importantly, getting rid of the grass that would otherwise have to be mowed.
How I found mepeace.org:

What I want to achieve here:

TAO TE CHING
Verse 19

Abandon holiness
Discard cleverness
And the people will benefit a hundredfold

Abandon the rules of “kindness”
Discard “righteous” actions
And the people will return
To their own natural affections

Abandon book learning
Discard the rules of behaviour
And the people will have no worries

Abandon plots and schemes
Discard profit-seeking
And the people will not become thieves

A True Story By Faisal Al-kateep
I am a Palestinian Arab from Hizmeh, a village between Jerusalem and Ramallah. When I was 15 years old I fought against the Israeli Occupation in search of freedom. At that time I thought every Jewish person, whether soldier or citizen, man or woman, young or old, should be killed. I rejected the right for any Jew to live and every Jew was a target. I was just a kid, believe me, and I didn’t understand anything about politics or the Arab-Israeli conflict. I was arrested and sat in jail for 12 years. This was during the first intifada from 1987. At that time nobody talked about peace but only of violence. I matured during my time in jail. I started studying and reading books on politics, literature, poetry, and about the Madrid Conference.

It gave me hope to live in peace and dignity. I learned that violence only breeds violence and that peace is the only solution for the two nations, the only way for both to have a respectful and beautiful future. We live on the same land. We are neighbors. We drink the same water and both pray to a monotheistic God. We must live in peace on the basis of religion for God and land for everyone.

There is a law governing all Jaisalmer Osriil talk about peace and the rule of law that Palestine is Arab land are common between the Jewish state and a Palestinian state and recommended the appointment of the border and Israel in order to create peace we must commit Israel border demarcation and moving in the right to create wars, wars do not think that the Israeli people agree This bet that the Lord created us to be the owners of the messages before we take the right to block messages of war and peace, and create what is required is that we all stand before the front doors .. Part I \ UN resolution, which makes a common Arab Palestine is a land between Israel and the Palestinian state and Israel recommended the appointment of the border and in the history of 29 \ 11 \ 1947 .. And Part II \ decision of war and fire, which makes the land of Palestine joint makers of war burn vegetation and the ground and in the history of 14 \ 5 \ 1948

Hi Christine! :)
Thank you for thinking of me on my birthday.
I had a good day. The weather was particularly nice (given the fact that there had been VERY hot weather in Massachusetts the past few days prior to my birthday-- unusual for typical New England weather at the end of April).
I went to a Nigerian restaurant with some friends (had goat meat for the first time I believe!), and then we went to see a movie about Mexicans that come to the US to labor, and all of the hardships that they have to go through.
(Latin America has become a really big interest to me as of late-- I am really interested in the culture, the people and the politics, and also how the actions of my government have affected the people there-- usaully for the worse).

How are things?
What have you been up to as of late?

Thanks again

Much love
Stephanie :)

I will be reading, rather than talking. I intend to focus on books, and also use some internet sites. Ankara evden eve nakliyat şirketi olarak bizler sizlere en kaliteli hizmeti veriyoruz.evden eve nakliyat
evden eve ankara firması olarak With any luck, you won’t be hearing much from me, for about 6 months, maybe longer. Once I would have said, evden eve ankara kaliteden ödün vermeden evden eve yapıyoruz.
ankara evden eve szilerde kaliteyi ucuza lamak için bize başvurun.
This year I’m planning to become more familiar with political and historical issues in Israel and Palestine. evden eve evden eve nakliye firmaları.
1 year, and this war will be over. (That is the way I thought for about 40 years.) Now, I know better than to think that..!!!
We decided to choose an age at with we would like to die, rather than suffer. My cousin chose 71, which alarmed me, since she is already 65. I chose 75. A day or so later, I started to think, what is it I still want to see or do with my life ?? I decided I would like to see a satisfactory resolution to the Palestinian problem, in my life-time.
