Why I want peace:

The sanctity of life, the Light within each and every one of us, without exception -- that's the core value that informs, drives and calls me to every worthy thing I've ever done.

Interests and activities:

Local (Buffalo, Rochester) interfaith peace & justice activism. 25 weeks on the ground in the WB & Gaza working on a medical technology assistance project to enable remote medical consults and advanced continuing medical education from global specialist volunteers.

Something you didn't know about me:

CPT inspires me most of all the activist organizations with which I associate. I've visited and stayed with friends on the CPT team in Hebron whenever I've been in the WB on my own separate medical/technology mission. I visit as a novice studying at the knees of the masters, wanting to learn how to keep my heart from hardening in the face of the appalling things people do in violent conflict; building my own spiritual strength to "Get in the way" whenever and however I can, but always with deep respect and love for all.
