Profile Information

My personal story:
23 years in active addiction. Now - trying to continue - working the 12 Step Program of action devised by hopeless alcoholics in the 1930's.
Why I want peace:
I am prone to misery and depression. I do find salvage in mindfulness techniques, the 12 Steps, Quaker membership and my job working with tortured souls in the mental health sector. When i achieve moments of stillness and balance I 'feel' more effective in my life.
Interests and activities:
Shamanism, First peoples of this world, Aboriginal peoples - and similar beings, Music - especially of Afrikan origin, Observance of behaviour - animals and humans.
Something you didn't know about me:
I eat dirt
Favorite website:
How I found
Mind Control 2 - The Mechanics of Mind Control 2 - More tools for the Awakening
What I want to achieve here:
To sustain a state of 'Unrepeatedness' mention in above YouTube stream.
