Profile Information
- My personal story:
- I have long dreamed of bringing peace and prosperity to the world. I have operated as a lawyer and mediator for employment civil rights in California but I want to move beyond the individual. The recent Arab uprisings inspired me to write and gather signatures for a Jewish Letter of Support for Egyptians. It is now gaining steam, thanks to well-connected peacemakers, including on MePeace.
- Why I want peace:
- Of course I want peace. Every prayer, every hope, every ounce of humanity in me cries for peace. A better question is why I choose to fight for it--because I see it as achievable and I believe I can help.
- Interests and activities:
- Playing with my toddler. Singing, especially with family or while leading synagogue services. Fun, party games with lots of friends. Keeping my body and mind in balance. Just about everything else is work and peacemaking.
- Something you didn't know about me:
- I broke both of my arms as a kid, same spot, different times

- Supporters for the Jewish Letter to Egyptians recommended it.
- What I want to achieve here:
- Helping Jews and Arabs realize how much hope we have for each other and for ourselves, beginning with Egyptians and Israelis. Inspiring the courage to criticize even the most extreme of us with mercy and emotional validation.
