- I am a Swiss peace lover who believes that world peace can be achieved by the most simplest thing in the world- simply closing our eyes and bring the mind back home to the center of the body and stop. Meditate.
- Why I want peace:
- If I am at peace I can create a better environment through my thoughts, actions and speech. Peace starts from practicing yourself to overcome anger, greed and delusion through giving, keeping 5 ethical basic principles of life and purifying the mind through meditation.
