Profile Information

My personal story:
I used to be a member of Zionist organizations in my youth. My background is as an industrial engineer, followed 10 years later by a Master in Administration which I took at MIT. I´ve made family twice, and have 3 sons, 1 daughter and 5 grandchildren. In the last 20 years I´ve been a consultant in knowledge management and virtual collaboration. Currently I am an activist in Brazilian Jewish community for the development of a progressive sector, and I am identifying and building a network of people who identify with the causes of justice and peace in the Middle East, as well as a humanistic judaism in my country.
Why I want peace:
I want peace because I love Israel and at the same time I am compassionate about the Palestinian people who suffered with the creation of Israel. I seek reconciliation, and I believe that a Palestinian State can strengthen Israel´s ability to survive democratically.
Interests and activities:
Consulting on knowledge management and embetterment of organizational processes.
Studying and writing about human rights causes
Something you didn't know about me:
I used to play violin
Favorite website:
http://www.sergiostorch.com
How I found mepeace.org:
Through YaLa, looking for Hamze Awawde
What I want to achieve here:
Be closer to people who are militant for the cause of a just peace, and develop actions together as a network. I believe we can all build a diplomacy based on the networked global civil society, which means a set of concerted actions not dependent on the each country´s formal diplomacy.

Thanks for the friends request.

It is a tragedy that the Palestine Mandate was handled so badly.

It has lead to no end of grief for millions, and more yet to come. I do suspect it is the fault of ambitious leaders of a few countries.

Dear sir

Thank you for accepting the request.

Please note that it is simply to learn from your understanding on Israel - Palestine relation. I've listened lot of conflicts and misunderstanding between people in the area which are even violent ones.

Definitely justice must prevail everywhere in the world without compromising any human right issues and I hope you also agree on me.

Could you please share the efforts in improving relations on these territories?
