Profile Information

My personal story:: I moved to Israel a year ago and am finding my feet.

Why I want peace:: Doesn't everyone? I want to be involved in doing something proactive, I want to challenge the fixed, narrow beliefs that so many Israelis I have met have. I would like the opportunity to meet people on the other side of the conflict, since I think this is the only way forward.

Interests and activities:: Singing....walking on the beach....discovering new places....great books....letting my hair down...

Something you didn't know about me:: I lived in Madrid before making aliyah

How I found mepeace.org:: Making beautiful music with Eyal and co.

What I want to achieve here:: Meeting people of different backgrounds, discussing ideas, making friends, learning from others...

And say to the settlers: We will not let you bring down the symbol of peace
For the olive trees are the symbol of peace in the land of peace

נופל סמל השלום בארץ השלום
האם לתת להם הזדמנות להפיל סמל השלום בארץ השלום?
הרבה אנשים יודעים שזה מגרש מלא עצי זית.
ומשפחות רבות של ישראלים ופלסטינים מתפרנסים מהעצים האלה.
במיוחד לכל כך הרבה משפחות פלסטיניות אין מקור הכנסה ,
רק עצי הזית האלה.
ימים לפני תחילת המסיק ובמיוחד בגדה המערבית.
מה שקרה היה צפוי, בהתחלה כמה קבוצות של יהודים נלחמו
במשפחות הפלסטיניות כדי למנוע מהם להיכנס אל מסיק הזיתים
אז פתחו המתנחלים באש על הפלסטינים ושרפו עצים שלהם.
בעזרה של אנשים מן האחוד האירופי, אמריקה, ישראלים ומכל ארצות העולם, הצליחו בסוף כמה משפחות פלסטיניות לאסוף את הזיתים שלהם................
לפיכך . אני הכתובת של תודה רבה לכל מי שעזר למשפחות הללו והביא שמחה ללבם....
ואמרו למתנחלים לא ניתן לכם להוריד את סמל השלום
כי עצי הזית הם סמל השלום בארץ השלום

ובכבוד . למדתי כי אלימות תבי רק אלימות
והשלום הא הפתרון היחיד בין שני העמים למען עתיד יפה מכובד בין שני העמים
אנחנו חיים על אותה קרקע.אנחנו שכנים שותים מאותו המים מתפללים עבור אלוהים אחד
אנו צריכים לחיות בשלום על בסיס של הדת לאלוהים והאדמה לכלאם
