אני בן אדם, ומעל לכל, אני חולם שאני לחיות בשלום ואף אחד לא מבדיל בין אחד צבע או כל גזע או דת או מאמר כולנו בני אדם ואת הזכות שלנו לחיות כמו אחרים
החליפו את החלום שלי ואני חבר עאליה שלי פטימה ומוחמד, אבל הם נהרגו בתחילת האינתיפאדה, הפגזות וירי, אבל אני עדיין שואל לחיות בשלום את קולי ואת קולו של חברים שלי שהלכו ומת, טעם המוות יותר מפעם אחת כמו שאר העם של פלסטין בעת ללכת לבית הספר מחשש טעם על ידי החיילים הם יתפסו אותי, כי הלכתי לבית הספר שלי, אשר חל איסור לנדוד, אני עדיין עד עצם היום הזה ראה אותם בחלום, וחזר הסצינה הזאת , שבו אני חווה בחלום שלי כל יום.
