On Indian Polity and Administrative Complexities

Actually the position of the Prime Minister (PM) in India is created by the ruling party -now Congress led UPA. So the PM cannot go beyond the direction of the party he belongs to. And it is known to most of the enlightened section of population like us, that the  ruling parties have lost all their morality and ethics by indulging in all kinds of inhuman activities in the form of managing money-based vote politics and to capture power to rule (and not serve) the countrymen. Vote…

"Justice Delayed means Justice Denied" A Response to the comment made by Ram Nath Jha on the Facebook post of Pranti Kar in December 26,2012

I have posted this above write up to respond the comment made by Ram Nath Jha on the Facebook post of Pranti Kar "Justice Delayed means Justice Denied" It is true no doubt. But Indian judiciary system is too hotchpotch and lengthy to delay justice and thereby allowing enough space to the culprits to find out ways in diluting the seriousness of the matter or totally relinquish the case and thereafter freeing the victims as innocents. However, mass awakening cropped up on this issue (I…

Lessons from Recent Delhi (India) Rape Incident (23.12.2012:

The dreadful incident that took place in Delhi upholds the reality of Indian society and polity. This is what is happening today mainly because of cultural degeneration; that has deep root in the present day vote politics which requires huge amount of money to invest to acquire power; which the politicians  manage from the moneyed class assuring them to safeguard their interests after coming to power. In fact, in the name of democracy, these political leaders of the capitalist class…

Root Factors Behind Rape Mentality

Yesterday (21.12.2012), I was watching a TV report where it was mentioned that hundreds of our MLAs (Members of Legislative Assembly, who are elected by the citizens of India and entrusted power to govern the (28) Indian states) and a few MPs (Members of Parliament- who are elected by the citizens of India and entrusted power to govern the country by framing/amending laws) have charges of committing crime against women (rape). If this reporting is true, then it is wondering to think 'how can…

Root Cause behind the mentality of committing crime like Rape!!!

Nothing in this world happens without any causal effect. Some are good and healthy change/phenomenon and we welcome these, while some others are so unhealthy that we call these as crimes. Why such criminality. If one applies looking every phenomenon with a dialectical approach (as 'thinking software' in a man's 'brain hardware' is the product of this material world), then one may find such crimes are the products of class-wars or wars between two rival state power powers having clashing…

Real Concern or a Joke on Indian Poor?

On the occasion of inauguration of Central Government’s National Food Security Scheme through direct cash transfer to BPL families on 15th of December, 2012, Sheela Dikshit, Chief Minister of Delhi, India said that Rs. 600 i.e. about 11.11 US dollar is enough for a poor Indian (living Below Poverty Line-BPL) family of 5 members to purchase sufficient food stuff to maintain for a month. God said: Keep it burning.

I said: what about my heart?

God said: Tell me what you hold inside it?

I said: pain and sorrow?

He said: ..stay with it.

Why Jharkhandi Culture and Languages are at stake? How to resolve this problem?

Jharkhand as a separate state under Indian union of states came into being on 15th November, 2000. Primary reason for separating Jharkhand from Bihar was to give the Jharkhandi people, their languages and culture a distinct identity through state interventions. But, the governance under BJP – JMM rule over last 12 years reflects a different scenario. It seems that separation was mainly to practice all the unethical means adopted by the politicians of the then undivided Bihar (in connivance…

Why such a hue and cry on spending on Lobbying by Wal-Mart?

Yesterday, there was hue and cry in the Indian Parliament on the report submitted by Wal-Mart (an USA based Mult-brand Retail Trading Company) to the US Congress on spending 125 crores on lobbying for market exploration. Though the report did not mention anything about spending on lobbying in India, yet the opposition party (NDA led by BJP) took it granted that a sizeable portion of this amount has been spend in lobbying in India. NDA people seem to be confused to understand that most of the… Continue
