This is an open letter of invitation to all World Leaders, UN Ambassadors of all Governments around the World, to the leaders of unrepresented nations and to all people from all countries around the around the world to join in a global truce and cease fire.

All are invited to participate in three historic events, that would take place for the first time in human history, on 6/12/12, 9/21/12 and 12/21/12 each at noon Eastern Time in the United Nations Headquarters in NYC or by TV, Satellite or virtual conferencing.

These events will be organized as soon as the International Peace Every Day Treaty is officially submitted to member nations and placed on the calendar of the UN to be voted upon.

I request this proposed International Peace Every Day Treaty be given officially to each member nation in the United Nations by the Secretary General Of the UN by 3/21/12 to review.

I request that the International Peace Every Day Treaty be placed, as soon as possible, on the UN calender for a vote to take place in the United Nations General Assembly on 6/21/12.

I request that the International Peace Every Day Treaty be placed on the UN calendar for a vote to be made permanent on 9/21/19 and then for a vote by the UN Security Council and the General Assembly to be held on 12/21/12  to adopt a resolution committing the use of many of the specified peaceful strategies and interventions in the prevention of and resolution of conflicts. 

I am calling for the secretary general or one or more member nations to sponsor and advocate for the adoption of the enclosed treaty in the body of this text into the United Nations so it can actually be voted upon and pass by the 67th session of the UN General Assembly in 2012.

I am calling for all nation's leaders to review the proposed treaty with their nation's prospective legislative body to determine if the concept of a permanent global truce and a permanent cease fire will be agreed to and adhered to by their nation and voted to be accepted as the Supreme law of their nation.

Any suggestions for improvements to strengthen the treaties effectiveness are welcomed and will be considered for incorporation into the language of the treaty.

In addition to this legislation there are many additional peacekeeping measures the United Nations and the member states of the United Nations can put into place to further strengthen all nation's abilities to resolve conflicts peacefully. A list will be enclosed at the bottom of this invitation.

If the proposed interim Global Truce, Cease Fire Treaty passes and is adopted in the United Nations on 6/21/12 all world leaders will take place in a historic proclamation that never happened before in the history of mankind in unison say:

"Global Truce Begins Now!"

"Cease Fire Begins Now!"

The leaders of each nation will be simultaneously given a copy of the treaty to simultaneously sign.

The leaders of each nation will simultaneously be given the interim global truce cease fire orders that will simultaneously be said out loud by all nations leaders to all the world's military forces and given in person, faxed or emailed to each nations military commanders on that same day, 6/21/12.

All leaders will be informed well in advance of this event that all leaders will be asked to simultaneously give by hand, fax or email "Global Truce Begins Now - Cease Fire Begins Now" orders immediately to their military commanders on that day.  Arrangements will be made well in advance, in anticipation of International Peace Every Day Treaty's passage, for those orders to reach their proper chain of command on 6/21/12 thus reducing the casualties of war effective immediately. All nations may also begin making preparations for the global truce well in advance of 6/21/12 so their military commanders would be prepared to be able to implement such a command quickly and effectively and other strategies for conflict resolution may be quickly put into place.

On 6/21/12 the historic ceremony will continue as all world leaders; one by one, in the alphabetical order of each country's name will individually verbalize the words.

"Global Truce Begins Now,

"Cease Fire Starts Now!"

One at a time all nations leaders will then verbally command their militaries to cease fire. This will be an unprecedented moment and cause for jubilation around the world! Images of each nation's people's reaction can be displayed on the TV after each leader announces the Global Truce Cease Fire Now!

All members of the Human Race are invited to participate as a witness this historic event on on 6/21/12 on television, over the internet, read about it, or hear it on the radio.

Humanity will be asked to simultaneously raise their right hand if possible and take their own personal oath to help strengthen and support the global truce and cease fire treaty. All humanity will be asked to pledge to honor the commandment Thou Shall Not Kill. Humanity will be offered education and inspiration to take non violent measures only.

All humanity will be led in a universal prayer for all faiths and religions giving thanks to the Creator of the Universe for life on Earth.

Global Truce Peace Celebration Concerts may be put on in joyful celebration all around the world following the passage of the Global Truce Cease Fire Treaty.

The Human Family may start a new leaf and begin a global healing with each other after such long standing global family feuds that placed humanity's very existence in peril.

All nations and leaders of Unrepresented Nations and Peoples will then have 3 months from 6/21/12 until 9/21/12 to bring a copy of the interim preliminary International Peace Every Day Treaty document to their legislative branches of their governments for adoption by their nation. Each legislative body may vote to accept the Global Truce and Cease Fire Treaty and codify it into law as the supreme law of their land. Each nation may incorporate it as the main premise and cornerstone of their nation's foreign and domestic policy.

All nation's leaders are invited to return to the UN on the International Day Of Peace on 9/21/12 to vote again to make the International Peace Every Day Treaty permanent and to declare the Global Truce and Cease Fire permanent as now the nation's governments also had the opportunity to ratify the treaty as the law of their land!

Each leader will be then immediately be given the opportunity to sign their Permanent Global Truce and Cease Fire Declaration in Person or from their home country and transmit it to the United Nations on that date.

All nations legislative branches may review the permanent cease fire order and on 12/21/12 they may return to the UN to celebrate humanity's accomplishment, submit copies of their nation's legislative branch's acceptance of the permanent global truce and cease fire, review related events and begin planning strategy meetings to be held on the 21st day of each month or quarter to keep the Global Truce and Cease Fire Order in effect and effective.

Humanity must employ nonviolent fair and just resolutions to problems as they arise. The UN Security Council may vote to accept, adopt and adhere to the International Peace Every Day Treaty, and reaffirm the Global Truce and Global Cease Fire and the agreement in a Security Council Resolition listing many non violent interventions that will be implemented to enhance peaceful interactions between nations and within nations. Many suggestions listed at the end of this proposal may be considered for entry into this security council resolution to establish interventions to enhance peaceful relations on Earth.

After this event Global Festivities may take place around the world from 12/12/12 to 1/1/13 celebrating humanity's success at agreeing to end war and our effort to create a future without war!

Each world leader on the list for each country is welcome to participate in person in NYC or over the internet through global satellite video conferencing to the 6/21/12, 9/21/12 and the 12/21/12-1/1/13 globally important events .

There will be Several Going For A Global Truce And Cease Fire Declaration Websites set up online; at least one for each country. Each person may sign up the declaration on as many country's websites that they feel allegiance. Many people have dual citizenship and have lived in many countries. Each person will have the opportunity to send a message of their choosing to The Creator Of the Universe. They may keep their prayer or message to themselves or they may post it online. They may give thanks to the Creator of the Universe for the wonder of it all, repent and commit to lead their life to help their fellows and to honor the commandment thou shall not kill. Together we will change the world for the better so we do not destroy what we have been given.

If the treaty passes the UN Vote and is adopted a Global Truce, Cease Fire can be simultaneously declared and the Verbal and Written Global Truce Cease Fire Order can be simultaneously be given by each world leader via a global announcement which will be televised on TV, via satellite and over the Internet to his or her military commanders and simultaneously faxed and emailed to each country's military command.  

I request The UN lead the way for a Global Truce and Cease Fire Treaty to be voted for and signed by all nations. Humanity can do away with war and create a future without war once and for all! Recalling humanity's efforts to secure peace on Earth:

The General Assembly
Recalling the Resolution: 55/282 International Day of Peace adopted by the General Assembly 9/7/2011, [Without reference to a Main Committee (A/55/L.95 and Add.1)]

Considering the unique opportunity it offers for a cessation of violence and conflict throughout the world, and the related importance of achieving the broadest possible awareness and observance of the International Day of Peace among the global community,

Desiring to draw attention to the objectives of the International Day of Peace, and therefore to fix a date for its observance each year that is separate from the opening day of the regular sessions of the General Assembly,

1. Decided that, with effect from the fifty-seventh session of the General Assembly, the International Day of Peace shall be observed on 21 September each year, with this date to be brought to the attention of all people for the celebration and observance of peace;

2. Declared that the International Day of Peace shall henceforth be observed as a day of global ceasefire and non-violence, an invitation to all nations and people to honour a cessation of hostilities for the duration of the Day;

3. Invited all Member States, organizations of the United Nations system, regional and non-governmental organizations and individuals to commemorate, in an appropriate manner, the International Day of Peace, including through education and public awareness, and to cooperate with the United Nations in the establishment of the global ceasefire.

Recalling its resolution:  A36/67 of 30 November 1981, by which it declared that the third Tuesday of September, the opening day of the regular sessions of the General Assembly, shall be officially proclaimed and observed as International Day of Peace and shall be devoted to commemorating and strengthening the ideals of peace both within and among all nations and peoples,

Reaffirming the contribution that the observance and celebration of the International Day of Peace makes in strengthening the ideals of peace and alleviating tensions and causes of conflict,

Recalling UN Resolution:  48/11 of 25 October1993, Observance of the Olympic Truce 7 days before the Olympic Games to 7 days following the closing of each Olympic Games.

Recalling UN Resolution:   64/4 of 19 October 2009 Building A Peaceful World Through Sport and The Olympic Ideal

Recalling UN Resolution:  66/L.3 October 2011, 6 week Olympic Truce For The London Summer Olympic Games in 2012

Recalling and reaffirming the Kellogg Briand Pact of 1928 and asking all nations to sign and uphold the treaty as we are still deeply sensible of our solemn duty to promote the welfare of mankind;

Persuaded that the time has come for the establishment of extensive, non-violent preventive measures to attain and maintain a permanent global truce and cease fire and for a frank renunciation of war as an instrument of national policy to be made. To that end that peaceful and friendly relations between their peoples may be perpetuated through a Global Truce and a Global Cease fire Treaty;

Convinced that all changes in their relations with one another should be sought only by pacific means and be the result of a peaceful and orderly process, and that any Power which shall hereafter seek to promote its ts national interests by resort to international or intra-national war should be denied the benefits furnished by this Treaty

Hopeful that, encouraged by their example, all the other nations of the world will join in this humane endeavor and by adhering to the present Global Truce, Global Cease Fire Treaty as soon as it comes into force bring their peoples within the scope of its beneficent provisions, thus uniting the civilized nations of the world in a common renunciation of war as an instrument of their national policy;

The High Contracting Parties solemnly declare in the names of their respective peoples that they condemn recourse to war for the solution of international controversies, and renounce it, as an instrument of national policy in their relations with one another.

The High Contracting Parties agree that the settlement or solution of all disputes or conflicts of whatever nature or of whatever origin they may be, which may arise among them, shall never be sought except by pacific means.

Recalling efforts Between USA and Russia in April 8, 2010 to make a New Start Treaty: Central Limits and Key Provisions to reduce their Nuclear Weapons and have verification through monitoring and inspection. 

Whereas: We owe Apology To The Earth For Nuclear Bombs and War a General Assembly Resolution Issuing an Apology to Earth, All Humanity and All Life On Earth is suggested and requested.

Whereas there has been a high number of Military and War Related Deaths Through The Ages.

Where as Globally humanity is spending 1.7 Trillion dollars per year on war according to Anup Shah in World Military Spending

Whereas: We are running out of time to overcome our common problems.  We must join together to build a sustainable future.  We have no time, money or effort to waste fighting each other.  We must overcome our common problems together: climate change, disease, environmental damage due to war, nuclear testing and industrial waste.  We must work together to feed, cloth, shelter, educate, provide medical care and raise a growing global population.

Whereas now we can negotiate a diplomatic end to the threat of World War III before it starts, Whereas we must spare humanity the carnage of a possible nuclear war or a nuclear world war before we destroy or greatly harm life on Earth.

Whereas we may not have this opportunity again before more and more military conflicts arise let us not let it pass us by:

International Peace Every Day Treaty:

1. I submit to the UN my recommendation for the establishment of the following interventions that will strengthen the likelihood that a Global Truce can be agreed to and maintained in the future. I encourage member states to adopt these measures and to submit them into the United Nations

3)    A UN Global Truce Universal Prayer for Peace

4)    A UN Global Truce Universal Prayer for Peace To Open All UN Peace Sessions

5)    A UN Global Truce Peace Counseling, Healing and Reconciliation Program

6)    A UN Global Truce Peace International Leaders Annual Summit and Retreat

8)    A UN Global Truce Peace World Leaders Think Tank

9)    A UN Global Truce Ambassadors Training Program

10)  A UN Global Truce Annual Worldwide Ambassadors Summit, Think Tank and Retreat

11)   A UN Global Truce World Leaders Training Program

12)   A UN Global Truce Peace Civil Activities Program

13)   A UN Global Truce Council with a Presiding President rotating among all nations for a predetermined period i.e. for 3 months at a time.

14)   A UN Global Truce Peace Training Program for All World Leaders and Military Personnel on Elements of Crimes by an International Criminal Court Integrated Strategy for External Relations, Public Information and Outreach

15)   A UN Resolution calling for an  International Criminal Court system expansion to swiftly hear cases of international crimes and act as a meaningful deterrent to war, armed conflict mega murder, democide, genocide

16)   A UN Resolution calling for additional categories to the list of elements of Crimes.

16)   A UN Global Truce Program to call to trial leaders ordering genocide.

17)   Annual UN Global Truce Peace Awards to the 10 Countries and their Leaders Most Peaceful on The Global Peace Index, and to countries that improved the most on the Global Peace Index scale in that year,

63)    A UN Global Truce International Competition whereby each nation submits their National Global Truce Peace Anthem (not longer than 5 minutes each) to the UN before Peace Day 9/21. 64)     A UN Global Truce National Peace Anthem video may be made by each nation of their performing the Global Truce Peace Anthem

65)     A UN Global Truce Annual Star Search For Artists Who Compose Artworks to inspire world peace with categories for each field: Song, Dance, Photos, Theater, Literature, Painting, Sculpture.

66)    A UN Global Truce Global Truce Peace Anthem audio and visual DVD worked on by a collaboration of all nations.

67)    A UN Global Truce Kellogg Briand and UN Charter “Getting Back to the Pact” Initiative

68)    A UN Global Constitution for the People On Earth, Global Citizenship, Global Basic Common Sense Laws For All Humans To Follow.

69)    A UN Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Psychologists, Mediators, Arbitrators, Crisis Intervention Workers and Doctors without Borders Program

70)    A UN Production of online, audio recording and CD of The UN Charter, all resolutions of the UN General Assembly and the UN Security Council, all UN Culture of Peace Documents, Declarations, Resolutions, Initiatives to educate humanity on  Peace Related Efforts to Follow.

71)    A UN Global Truce Cease Fire Maintenance Committee to immediately discuss issues of conflict and offer resolutions acceptable to both sides.

73)     A UN Global Truce Resolution To Establish a Peace Breakthrough Program With Rapid Improvement Events. Each problem will be identified. A plan of care and correction will be developed. Many peaceful interventions will be discussed by many people in an interdisciplinary, multi-disciplinary team until a comprehensive agreed upon plan to alleviate or greatly reduce each problem is produced and subsequently carried out.

74)     A  UN award to all leaders who maintain the Global Truce and Cease Fire who do not order the discharge of any weapon by their military services.

75)     A Global Cease Fire contest will be held between all nations to determine which nation had the least incidents of physical violence crimes and in their land.

76)     A UN resolution to put into effect the minimum age to join any military service is 21.

77)     A UN dispatching of Crisis intervention counselors to mediate and provide intervention as needed.

78)     UN Global Truce Peace Institutes to Be Established in each country

79)     UN establishment of a World Leaders Peer Review System where all world leaders may give suggestions and recommendations to others on how to make improvements in their government to add to the peace and security of their country and the world.

80)      UN Establishment of A Rapid Improvement Event Where The People of Each Country may provide input and suggestions for improvements and appropriate recommendations would be incorporated policy.

81)      UN Hearings to allow the Global Public to voice their input on UN issues and decisions and have the input evaluated and followed when possible

82)      UN Global Truce Cease Fire  Reinforcement Program may establishment of a program in a similar format to www.ted.com  List Of TED Talks as of 1/03/12

where  expert speakers are invited to give brief talks to world leaders and the world on all topics related to how to maintain the peace, keep the global truce and cease fire going, how to peacefully overcome our problems by working cooperatively. The talks can be filmed and uploaded to the UN Multimedia Channels and the Internet.

99)        Prosecution of illegal war planners for the collateral damage killing innocent people treaty.

100)        Global Compliance with all Peaceful UN Charter Resolutions Treaty.

101)        UN resolutions to fund more effective non violent peacekeeping measures.

102)        Global Agreement To Refer Murderous, Criminal Leaders to the International Criminal Court For immediate trial or Mental Health Care Treaty.

103)       Global Transformation Of The Global Military Industrial Complex into a non military peacekeeping source to manufacture items to help life flourish.

104)       Global Truce Peace Manual and Training Program Establishment Treaty where by all nations will contribute to the development of the manual and training program and the dissemination of the information to all peoples.
105)      The UN establish a counseling and mental health service, clinic and hospital available to all world leaders and military personnel offering services 24 hours per day 7 days per week, 365 days per year. 
106)      The UN to offer 24/7/365 psychiatric services, psychological services, psychotherapy, social work services, counseling, fellowship in person, via satellite, telephone and internet helplines to help keep the peace. 
107) World Leaders and world followers (all humans) are encouraged to seek recovery of the addictions that are the underlying reasons for war through psychological care, counseling and in fellowship with each other.
108) Leaders will be taught to issue only legal commands and people will be taught not to obey illegal commands.
109) Global Reduction of all weapons, sales and manufacturing.
110) Global Peace Institutes and Peace Monuments in Each College Campus's.

111) A Global Discussion on the risks and benefits of various types of government and economic policies and how these play a role in peace making and peace keeping

Rather than face an extinction level event of a natural disaster caused by imbalances in the earth's ecosystems; due to our mishandling of the environment, due to a future war that may spiral out of control and reach a level never before witnessed or imagined by humanity, or as a result act of G-d in disapproval of mankind, lets just get ourselves on the right track now. This may be our last warning and our last chance to change. Many people have made and heard prophesies of 12/21/12 being doomsday. I do not know if this is true or not but it sounds like it is a good idea for humanity to prove to G-d and each other that we are sorry for our shortcomings and our mistakes. We can make amends to G-d and to each other and pray for forgiveness. We all made mistakes, some more than others, but I believe the time is now like never before to change our path and pray for forgiveness. Let's all humanity start an new leaf and a new direction to end all war on Earth once and for all. War serves no good. All human problems can surely be better solved without war. If humanity keeps the truce there will be no need for war.

Let's pick life over death, good over bad, God over Evil and lets pray for it to be G-d's will for us to survive without the atrocities of war, genocide and killings that have been plaguing humanity since humanity has been on Earth.
