Why Doesn't the "UNITED NATIONS," per its CHARTER promote GLOBAL PEACE?

PEACE IS A HUMAN RIGHT

Why doesn't the UNITED NATIONS,   "UN," per its CHARTER promote GLOBAL PEACE rather than facilitate other Nations to finance and  implement agitation, division, conflict and war?

THE WHOLE WORLD WANTS PEACE. WHY DOESN'T THE UN.

How many more planetary generations have to suffer both psychological and physical pain and suffering caused by the UN's consistent and insatiable support for those NATIONS that promote global policies of DEATH AND DESTRUCTION.

These Nations of death and destruction  do so for the sole purpose of  implementing their foreign policy over that of smaller sovereign nations' domestic and international policy?

The UN 26 June 1945, San Francisco Charter prohibits this.

The Charter's  Preamble in relevant part states: -  WE THE PEOPLES OF THE UNITED NATIONS DETERMINED

. . . to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small, and . . . to establish conditions under which justice and respect for the obligations arising from treaties and other sources of international law can be maintained, . . .

Why can't the UN  respect its CHARTER and the Jewish - Christian LAW of EQUITY "LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF?"

WE THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD IMPEL PEACE Does the UNITED NATIONS AND ITS MEMBER STATES?

We the People in this World IMPEL PEACE in OUR  world.
