Why Doesn't the United States of America, "USA," promote GLOBAL PEACE instead of WAR?

PEACE IS A HUMAN RIGHT

Why doesn't the United States of America, "USA,"   promote GLOBAL PEACE rather than finance to/and implement agitation, division, conflict and war? 

How many more planetary  generations will have to suffer both psychological and physical pain and suffering caused by the US's consistent and insatiable global policy of DEATH AND DESTRUCTION  through the promotion and implementation of OUR foreign policy over that of sovereign nations' domestic and international policy?

Why can't the USA  respect its Jewish - Christian LAW OF EQUITY, "LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF?"

THE WHOLE WORLD WANTS PEACE. WHY DOESN'T THE USA?

WE THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD IMPEL PEACE.
