Dozos-Guerre Tribal Reconciliation in Cote d'Ivoire (June 2013)

During June, 2013, in Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) a small team of women and men traveled 400 km west. from Abidjan to Duekoue to facilitate previously-unimagined personal and tribal reconciliation between the Dozos and Guerre people. Just two years earlier, they had experienced brutal massacres with over 500 deaths.

This 64-minute, roughly-edited, unfinished film documents these brave, capable women, men, and youth finally coming together to successfully model authentic human security in face-to-face peacebuilding. A better, edited documentary about this historic gathering will be completed soon.
