the sweetness of peace with the bitterness of pre-agreement violence

Any time that there is a statement that there is a progress toward creation of Palestinian state there is a potential of violence of the extremists who fear from ending the conflict with a moderate solution that will enable all to live here.

So expect the sweetness of peace with the bitterness of pre-agreement violence.

Here is an outline by the Washington Institute about deciphering what will be an Israel-Palestine border.  Outlining borders is going to be extremely difficult, and the Arab League is endorsing land swaps.  So is the Washington Institute. Israel just recently installed light rail from its settlements, which the Palestinian Authority is boycotting.  But these settlers can be providing high tax revenues for the Palestinian Authority.  It must be taken into consideration that Israel's GDP is U.S. $242.8 billion dollars, while the Palestinian territories are only a mere U.S. $12 billion dollars.  Israel already has an Arab minority, and Palestine is going to have to realize it has a Jewish minority.  But this is the overall outline, that the Washington Institute has:

It is still beyond me how Israel can released terrorist for an opportunity to sit down and talk with the PA... These are killers with innocence blood on their hands, dont get the logic.

The peace talks are not genuine; they are a charade, like all those that went before.

Israel’s leaders and investors want an total win, with no need for any compromise. This is just another round of the same game.

We will have to see the results first, before we can critique them.

Sussan really? no compromise?  Have you seen the past offers, Isrtael went over almost every red line it has,,,, It is teh Palestinians who said no, did not even give a counter offer...Now we are releasing terrorists in order to sit down to have our offers thrown back in the face again..

Armenia got its independence, after the Soviet Union collapsed.  Now there is a movement in Armenia to try to get historical Armenia from western Turkey.  The Palestinians will have it easier to deal with Israel, then the Armenians will with Turkey.  Even with the slow acceptance of the genocide 98 years ago, will Turkey not be prepared to surrender its territory to Armenia.  So who has the easiest to deal with?

Only Prime Minister Netanyahu and his Cabinet know why.  The only thing that can be done, is to accept their decision.

See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse -- the blessing if you obey the commands of the Lord your God that I am giving you today; the curse if you disobey the commands of the Lord your God and turn from the way that I command you today by following others gods, which you have not known.

Qassam hits western Negev after talks resume

Rocket explodes in Shaar Hanegev Regional Council; no injuries or damage. 'Every time there is talk of negotiations we get a present from Gaza,' says local resident

Hamas is getting desperate.  According to the United Nations, Egypt has closed down 80% of the tunnels leading from the Sinai into Gaza.  Licensing and taxing those tunnels were a major source of revenue for Hamas.  Also, they are not participating in the negotiations in Washington, D.C.  The media in Gaza has been very strongly criticizing Abbas, who as President of the Palestinian Authority has been banned from Gaza.  Can you imagine Barack Obamas being banned from California?

Are you seriously comparing Palestinians to the USA?  I am not sure you understand what is happening the there... there was a coup, the PA both Gaza and Judea and Samaria  are run by dictators who havent had elections in years.... Why does this surprise you?

The only comparison that was made, is that would it not be bizarre if President Obama was banned from California, when he is President of the United States?  Mahmoud Abbas being banned from Gaza does not make any sense at all.
