I attended the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies in 2008, a peacebuilding and environmental studies program with Israelis, Palestinians, Jordanians, and internationals. It was at the Arava Institute where I discovered my passion for peacebuilding and conflict transformation and my love of the Middle East. Since then, I worked as a counselor at Seeds of Peace International Camp this past summer in Maine, and I am currently living in Jerusalem interning with Search for Common Ground. I am an alumna of Smith College and an avid backpacker, climber, and whitewater kayaker.
