My name is Jehad. I was born in Morocco. I lived there until Oslo agreement which allowed my parents to return to Gaza. I returned with my family to Gaza in 1994. Another life started there. I grew up in Gaza in the middle of most complicated conflict in our world. The only words that I hear every day are: war, Intifada, blood, killing, destruction, etc...
I had many experiences with suffering. Me like any Palestinian citizen who lives in Gaza; we should suffer in every side of our life. There is no good education or health care. There is no entertainment. There is war only.
My last suffering was when I finished high school. My dream was to study abroad to start a new life. My all my dreams destroyed in Rafah crossing point. I tried four times to travel but all my attempts failed because of the siege.
In the last war I lost my aunt. She was killed when a rocket hit her house.
This is my life .. full of suffering.
I'm so tired of living between the sides who share hatred and fighting.. There should be an end for this farce.
Why I want peace:
I want peace !!
Because I know what war is !!
Because I believe that we can put an end for this conflict !
If we can make wars and fighting, Why we can't make peace and love !!
Interests and activities:
Writing, politics, volunteering, watching documentaries, traveling ( in the future when the crossing open) !

Hi Jehad! :)
Thanks for your kind words and the friendship.
I think that everyone should spread the love to all people.
So your name means "Son of Saleem" Saleem, it sounds similar to the word, "peace."
Maybe we should call you "Son of Peace" :)
I think that that would be a very nice name to have!
