• Presently working as *Project Coordinator* in project titled Combating Child Trafficking to Gulf States(A joint venture of Group Development France, European Union in Rahimyarkhan,Punjab,Pakistan from October 2006till to date.

Major Responsibilities:

 Identification, documentation and Reunification of trafficked repatriated Children in District Rahim Yar Khan
 Conduct field survey for documentation of repatriated children history, geographic mapping and village profile
 Formal and non formal schooling of trafficked repatriated and vulnerable group of children
 Vocational /job skill enhancement training in different trades for trafficked repatriated Children
 Conduct PRA and appreciative inquiry at community level
 Micro Credit facility to the families of repatriated children.
 Formation of Anti Trafficking Committees (ATCs), Child Protection Committees and Child Rights Clubs (CRCs) and organize their training on child rights/ protection issues
 Establishment, Supervision and of Drop In Centre and NFE Schools, conduct teachers training and take LSBE sessions
 Formation of School Management Councils (SMCs) and Parents Teachers Associations (PTAs) and their capacity building
 Capacity building of parents, teachers, religious leaders, law enforcement agencies, media, elected representatives, community influential on the core issue of child rights, protection, CSA,CSEC and child / human trafficking

• Worked as *Training/ Advocacy Coordinator* in *Women’s Reproductive Health Care Project* Rahim Yar Khan (Joint venture of Maternity and Child Welfare Association(MCWA), United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and European Union from January 2006 to September 2006

 Need assessment for training of Government health facilities staff
 Preparation of training plans and develop training material
 Logistic arrangements for trainings
 Organize trainings for Lady Health Workers, Lady Health Supervisors, Lady Health Visitors and other Para Medical staff on SRH, maternal and neonatal health, Family Planning etc and conduct follow up of trainings
