PHP Forms

PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) is one of the most popular means of processing HTML forms. Originally it was created by Rasmus Lerdorf in 1995 and stood for

Personal Home Page. It began in 1994 as a set of Common Gateway Interface

binaries written in the C programming language. The Danish/Greenlandic

programmer Rasmus Lerdorf created these Personal Home Page Tools to replace a

small set of Perl scripts used to maintain his personal homepage. The…

Some skills/knowledge to deal with conflict

  • In the beginning, do not take sides.
  • Do not allow yourself to become emotionally involved.
  • Assume from the beginning that all participants have legitimate positions.
  • Listen quietly no matter how unreasonable or violent the remarks.
  • Judging is not your task. The listener's role is not that of reformer. Avoid "I'm right, you're wrong."
  • All expression…

Thanks Hagay ... we need peace

Hi Hagay ... I was not able to post this in response to your email but here it is:

Thanks Hagay ... I am proud to support what you are doing to bring our people together for the right reasons, to discuss peace, not blame each other, to say good things about each other and to work to change our own people to do the right thing, and to look forwards not backwards at the distance past. We do not forget history but together we need not argue our different views of history.…

A story of brothers

An old Jewish legend tells of two brothers, Abram and Zimri, who owned a field and worked it together. They agreed to divide both the labor and the harvest equally. One night as the harvest came to a close, Zimri could not sleep, for it didn’t seem right that Abram, who had a wife and seven sons to feed, should receive only half of the harvest, while he, with only himself to support, had so much.

So Zimri dressed and quietly went into the field, where he took…

In The Taste Of The Day (The Idler part 1)

("Upward" - detail from an old kindergarten painting)

The Idler was born of a combination of concepts discovered while exploring various domains of knowledge during the second half of the 1990s and the beginning of the 2000s.

« The idler who does not arise when it is time to arise, who is full of sloth though young and strong,…

Might meeting at the Supermarket Open our Eyes??

In Gush Etzion there are some attempts to increase the consciousness of Israeli Jews living here that they have neighbors who are more than the "water drawers and woodcutters". (Here they are our "pumpers of gas and cement layers")

It is not an easy task, but thank G~d there are some of the younger generation here who believe that proper relationships between our people?People is more than providing employment or offering a cup of coffee to the construction worker.

But who… Continue

Israel and the world - "Israel's siege mentality"

The government’s macho attitude is actually making Israel weaker

THE lethal mishandling of Israel’s attack on a ship carrying humanitarian supplies that was trying to break the blockade of Gaza was bound to provoke outrage—and rightly so. The circumstances of the raid are murky and may well remain that way despite an inquiry (see article).

But the impression…
