hello fellows/
i'm still not sure what's going on with my fidget blog, but maybe some of you may recall one of my earliest post here which was called "in the name of co existence" in which i spoke about my attempts to find a job involving my skills, probably as a musician, in one of the arab settlements in my region. well - today i officially started a work as a recorder teacher in a school in Nazareth. not exactly my region but close enough. just thought you'd be happy to hear about it.
well - details maybe later, or i'd simply answer any questions if such likes would arose.
anyhow - wish me luck, & see you around.

well, 1st of all - i'm not living there - just teaching...
usually, there is not much integration, but it does exist. anyhow - in this particular school i am already the 3rd jewish recorder teacher i know of. but i'm still not sure what's the story with this school. only thing i know is that it's looking really good - better than most schools i'd visited in israel, & that it's run by an association.
i do teach in hebrew, since i do not speak arabic. with the little children i have help with translation. the bigger knows hebrew

Good luck Adi. Let us know your impressions living in Nazareth.
Actually, first question- do alot of Arab schools have jewish teachers? I assume you teach in Hebrew? I know of some of the bi-national schools but it always seemed like there was a total divide between Jewish and Arab schools even regarding teachers.
