Gisha seeks a Development Associate to work closely with the
Director of International Relations and Development.
Our offices are located in Tel Aviv.
-Monitoring and evaluation of organization' s activities for
generation of reports and proposals
-Drafting proposals and progress reports to funders
-Maintaining and cultivating Gisha's fundraising capacity and
-Researching, prospecting and contacting new funders
-Assistance with human rights initiatives aimed at the foreign and
-Strong commitment to promoting human rights and identification with
the goals of Gisha's work
-Excellent writing and organizational skills
-Initiative and ability to learn quickly
-Ability to work independently
-Attention to detail
-Experience in development and fundraising preferred
oEnglish (native speaker)
