I have posted this above write up to respond the comment made by Ram Nath Jha on the Facebook post of Pranti Kar "Justice Delayed means Justice Denied" It is true no doubt. But Indian judiciary system is too hotchpotch and lengthy to delay justice and thereby allowing enough space to the culprits to find out ways in diluting the seriousness of the matter or totally relinquish the case and thereafter freeing the victims as innocents. However, mass awakening cropped up on this issue (I believe) would definitely compel the ruling UPA government to take some measures soon in the form of reformation in the then British-India based ruling on 'rape cases'. If the culprits, who have been arrested (as the government claims), are really criminals (in many occasions, the police catch the fake ones just to satisfy the government and the peoples concerned) and if they (it is a big question today that except in family related violence and stray incidences, possibly none dare to commit crime without political/administrative back-up) are not within the nexus between politics and administration, then they may definitely be punished. Despite that many greedy pleaders would come forward to plea the case on behalf of the culprits. If the culprits are linked with the lobbying class, then they would attempt to influence the lobbyists to make justice in their favour by applying all unholy means – even by organizing some other such crimes. The moribund and out and out reactionary capitalist class all over the world is active in pleasing the politicians and the important members in the state machinery (to take undue advantage in favour of them) through gifts (either money, or materials or sex or all of these). They (capitalist class) are so much so fearful of revolutionary upsurge of the struggling masses that they never dare to stand for justice, truth, values and scientific logic. They need market space to sustain their movement of sucking more profits, more income and wealth and at the same time they are very much conscious of retaining the exploitative system for ever. Now, the world market is saturated. That means no further scope of market development. Then how to keep the capitalist system alive? This is a big challenge before the intellectuals serving the interests of the capitalist class. They are now taking several means particularly in using technological and tactic innovations to keep the moribund capitalism alive. They have freed the national boundaries for exploiting cheap natural and labor powers available in the developing and poor countries like China, India, Brazil, Africa, etc with the help of new technology developed in the so called economically developed nations. This is what they call as “reverse innovation”. Another example of their innovation may be seen in terms of marketing their products in fractions (pouches) enabling to drag the poor wage earners into their market fold. Yet another innovation in terms of their tactics has been the creation of forced demands from the government of the poor and developing nations by organizing local violence or social turmoil like organizing criminal and terrorist activities, bombing in a market places, or making nuisance of health hazards like bird flu/AIDS, etc and create a favorable environment for lobbying the government to purchase safety devices, arms and ammunitions, medicines, etc from the multi-national companies. Until recently they organized big wars (world War –I and II) and marketed arms and ammunitions. Now they do organize local wars but with fearfulness (if they entire world order is damaged then they and their market will be finished, which they would never want). They (capitalist class) manage these criminal activities with the help of professional criminals/lobbyists only to serve their market interests. Probably in more than 99% cases they succeed. And only in a few cases where a few criminals involved in the nexus dare to practice the tactics, going out of the nexus of the capitalist-multinationalist class for their personal gains some harsh actions are taken. If one sincerely/honestly studies the criminal or terrorist activities that have been taking place during post-World War –II and particularly of all those cases where criminals had been punished by hang to death penalty during post-independence period, then, I believe, my apprehension would come true. Coming back to the death case of Delhi rape victim it may be said that even if some prompt actions are taken, these are not going to free the system from rape crimes. ………..All conscious sections of people know that to stop people’s agitation on this issue, the present UPA (defender of capitalism) government would announce some steps, these steps may accrue some positive outcomes but would never be a real solution in making a gender-justice/equitable society……… Who among the ruling class/enlightened section of people in India does not know about the inhuman games that take place in five star hotels/elite clubs/farm-houses mostly in dealings such nefarious issues of vested interest (capitalist) class? The vested interests capitalist classes (who are now more powerful after they joined hands with the shrewdest multi-nationalists/imperialists) plot all types of crimes in these big hotels/ elite clubs/farm-houses within and outside India. And along with money dealings wine and women (as marketable commodities) play important roles in those dealings. Rules of these tarnished games are played with the notion that “life is for merry making enjoy it by any means” *women, unlike any other marketable commodities are meant to satisfy the men as their genuine consumer/customer” “Money is power, everything in this world can be procured by money–even human conscience/dignity can be marketed, so earn money as much as you can applying any means”. This is how we are being administered by the above mentioned notions of the ruling class and we are led towards a valueless/heartless society where humanity would be chopped up. And in a valueless/heartless society, where conscience would survive, the world would be converted into animal kingdom where rule of the survival of the fittest would apply. I appeal before the conscience of all those sensible man, would you allow such thing to happen in our society that has been created through the sacrifices of innumerable great souls. It is high time to remember those great souls who dedicated their lives to enrich human civilization in several ways to march towards a victory of mankind (wining nature through human endeavour). It is high time to vow to wage an organized struggle to put an end to all heinous design of the parasite capitalist class and free the laboring humanity from any form of exploitation of man (men and women) by man…….
