My personal story:: I have just started a business representing a Palestinian software outsourcing company. Trying to help expand their business through new projects/customers in the U.S. which in turn helps to build the Palestinian economy.

Interests and activities:: Working on my new business, meeting people of like mind, working in the garden (edible landscape) of veggies and fruit trees, building bridges between people in the U.S. who are unfamiliar with what is happening in the ME and the people of the ME.

Something you didn't know about me:: Love being active, get energy from meeting new people

How I found mepeace.org:: from meeting Eyal today at Dove and Olive in Menlo Park

What I want to achieve here:: Connect with like minded people who want to see change. My idea is that through business we can help build an economy that in turn creates jobs. (sorry if I sound like a politician, but I truly believe that one avenue to peace is through economic development - an avenue of independent people trying to earn a living, putting food on the table and a roof over their heads. )

I would like advice, guidance, references for potential business - I am happy to explain what I am doing and why to anyone who is open to hearing about it.

Currently I am working with one Palestinian firm that specialized in mobile and web applications. Depending on how well we can develop the market, it would be great to add more firms to the list of companies represented. More business means more jobs, and a positive future.
